Our services are subject to regulatory approval and may not be available in all jurisdictions.

3. Eligibility

To use Sendar AI services, you must:

• ATM withdrawal fees
• Premium service fees

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11.2 Market Risks

Stablecoin and foreign exchange markets are volatile. You acknowledge and accept the risks associated with currency fluctuations and market movements.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities
• You fail to complete identity verification

Upon termination, you remain liable for all outstanding obligations, and we will return any remaining funds in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact our customer support team first to resolve any disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction where Sendar AI is incorporated.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against Sendar AI.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sendar AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
